Dear customers,

Since the start of the COVID-19 crisis and the postal issues it has caused, we have been storing all orders that could not be shipped with their original option, as previously announced.

However, after more than 6 weeks our storage capacity is reaching its limit and the postal situation is showing no sign of improvement. It is not unreasonable to assume that SAL will remain suspended for at least 6 months, maybe a year. Sanitary concerns throughout the world are going to cause long-lasting travel restrictions and international flights will remain very scarce for many months. As a result, parcel transit will continue to be very delayed. Since SAL is the least priority of all types of standard options, it will evidently resume last.

In conjunction, product releases have resumed at an almost normal pace, causing ever increasing storage issues. We have therefore decided to reserve our storage capacity exclusively to countries where all standard options (SAL, Air, EMS) are suspended. Customers residing in countries where Air and EMS are still available will be upgraded to one of those options (the cheapest one by default).

Please note that this only applies to products from our shop. As previously announced, forwarding orders cannot be stored and will be billed, by DHL or Surface Mail if nothing else is available.
