Returns :

If a product were to be defective, the customer must send it back to BIG IN JAPAN within 7 days. The product must be sealed in its original package and shipped back at the customer's expense. BIG IN JAPAN will do their best to provide the customer with a replacement. If a replacement cannot be provided, BIG IN JAPAN will totally refund the sum paid for the product.
