Conditions of Use

Article 1 : Foreword

The conditions of use mentioned below are valid exclusively between the company BIG IN JAPAN, located 98 bd Charles de Gaulle, Sannois, FRANCE, and any person visiting its website or making a purchase from its website.

Article 2 : Order

Prices listed on the website are in EUROS, and include all French taxes (19.6% VAT). Shipping fees are not included. If you reside in a country outside the EU, the VAT doesn't apply to you. Prices will therefore be discounted by about 15% once you are registered and logged in.

We accept orders as our stock allows us to. If you are interested in an item that's indicated as out of stock, our newsletter will keep you informed about any potential restock.

The purchase is only considered completed when full payment for the item has been received.

NB : when opening an account on the website, please indicate your real e-mail address and do not use any e-mail forwarding service, otherwise our messages will not reach you, including order confirmations.

Article 3 : Stock

 All items marked as "in stock" (green icon) are really in stock. Stock is managed in real time, thus sparing you from unpleasant surprises.

All items marked as "out of stock" (red icon) (except for arcade prizes) might be obtainable through a special order. Contact us to know more about availability and price.

If you'd like to preorder several items with different release dates, please place separate orders.

Article 4 : Electronic items

When purchasing an electronic item, the customer is aware that BIG IN JAPAN cannot provide a warranty service and shall not be held responsible in case of a deficiency in the product.

Article 5 : Preorders

BIG IN JAPAN will not cash in checks before the item is ready to be shipped. However, preorders paid by Paypal are to be paid in full in advance. They will be entirely refunded should a problem with the preorder arise.

Article 6 : Custom duties

Any order placed on the website and shipped outside France might be subject to taxes and custom duties that will be applied when the parcel reaches its destination. Those custom duties and taxes are the customer's full responsability.  It is not our role to inform you about applicable taxes and duties. For more information, we suggest you to get in contact with the relevant authorities of your country.

Article 7 : Payment

We offer two payment methods :

- payment by check (France only)

- secure payment by debit/credit card (Paypal V2)

Customers who pay by check must pay the due sum within 7 days following the order. Beyond that timeframe, penalties will be applied.

Article 8 : License of access to the website

This website may not be reproduced, copied, resold or exploited, either partially or in its entirety, for commercial reasons, unless express authorization has been given by BIG IN JAPAN.
